The Brief

ShootSuite was a photography studio management platform — a SaaS tool that helped photographers manage bookings, clients, invoices and scheduling all in one place. The product was ready to launch, but the brand wasn't. They needed a complete identity and a marketing website that would make the platform feel credible, polished and worth signing up for.

The challenge was positioning a brand-new product in a market where photographers tend to be visual thinkers with high design standards. First impressions had to count, and everything from the logo to the landing page needed to communicate reliability and professionalism from day one.

The Brand

We created a clean, modern identity built around deep navy and warm accent tones — professional without feeling corporate, and grounded enough to appeal to working photographers who trust their business to it. The palette reflects the precision and craft of studio work without the sterility of typical software branding.

The logo is minimal and geometric — a mark that works at any size, whether on a browser tab or an investor pitch deck. We delivered full logo variants, colour and type specifications, and a brand guidelines document to keep everything consistent as the product scaled.

The Website

The marketing site was designed with one goal: convert visitors into sign-ups. We structured the page to walk potential customers through the product's core value clearly and quickly — what it does, why it matters, what it costs, and what other photographers think of it.

Product screenshots and feature breakdowns were laid out to demonstrate the platform's depth without overwhelming the visitor. Pricing tiers were presented clearly with a well-positioned free trial CTA. The whole site was built to load fast and perform perfectly on mobile — photographers are often on the move between shoots, not sat at a desk.

From concept to launch in under three weeks.

The brand needed to feel established from day one — like a product photographers could trust with their business. Speed mattered, but so did getting every detail right. We delivered a complete brand and a live marketing site in less than three weeks from first brief to launch.

Supporting Materials

Beyond the brand and website, we produced a full suite of launch assets. Product walkthrough graphics illustrated the platform's key workflows for use in onboarding emails and the website. Email templates were built for the welcome sequence and promotional campaigns. Social media assets were designed for the launch announcement across Instagram and LinkedIn.

We also designed a pitch deck for investor conversations, giving the team a polished, on-brand document to take into meetings. Business cards and letterheads completed the print set, ensuring the brand held up just as well off-screen as on it.
